Data Recovery Partner FAQs
Q - Is there an initial cost to become a partner?
A - We are currently waving all sign-up fees. Simply fill out the partner form and we will get you set up as a depot and send you everything you need at no cost.
Q - What's included in the partner kit?
A - We will send you out a Partner Package that contains a Laptop HD Shipping box, a PC HD shipping box, custom shipping labels, a shipping guide, brochures and a poster.
Q - Are shipped packages insured?
A - Yes we take care of all the shipping issues including insurance.
Q - In the Silver Partner Program how much do the partners earn on each recovery?
A - At the silver level our partners earn 20% of the Evaluation fee and 20 % of the final recovery invoice.
Q - Is this strickly a software recovery solution?
A - No this is a 3 step process that involves - imaging, drive replacement and clean room work.
